La música y el fútbol han sido los platos fuertes de este fin de semana de Fiestas de Leganés. Miles de vecinos disfrutaron del pregón de Asier Garitano (CD Leganés), la presentación de la plantilla del club y de la casi decena de conciertos celebrados. Las fiestas continúan con más música, encierros y concursos.
Leganés mostrará su apoyo a su vecina olímpica siguiendo su trayectoria en los Juegos Olímpicos de Río 2016 desde el centro de Las Dehesillas. El Ayuntamiento de Leganés ha puesto el espacio a disposición de todo aquel que quiera acompañar para los encuentros de la teakwondista que se estrenará en Río el próximo 18 de agosto.
El alcalde, la presidenta y directivos del Leganés y concejales de la Corporaciónhan visitado hoy las obras de ampliación de Butarque. Los trabajos principales se encuentran avanzados. El objetivo es llegar a tiempo para el primer partido de Liga el próximo 27 de agosto. En total se están realizando cuatro proyectos. El principal es la ampliación del graderío y los accesos. Además se remodelará integralmente el Estadio Anexo
